How does Acupressure Work?
It works on energy which is called Chi in China, Ki in Japan and prana in india. There are two kinds of energy in human body. And they are opposite of one another. We are also aware that opposite values are complementary to each other. They are yin and yang. Both have to be balanced if one among them increases problem arises in human body. There are 12 meridians channel. 6 of them are yang and 6 of them are yin. There are 372 accu points in 12 meridian channels. These 372 accu points helps to balance the yin and yang energy. This is how acupressure works.
