SURYA MUDRA 

Steps:

  1. Bend the ring finger of each hand so that its tip touches the mound of your thumb.
  2. Press it with thumb
  3. Rest three fingers will be straight

Benefits:

  • Very effective in n reducing weight
  • It reduces anxiety
  • To reduce stomach fat it should be practice twice morning in the evening.
